Job Description:

• Must have at least 5 years of I/T experience on a variety of platforms and technologies.

• Must be a strong J2EE developer.

• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Must have prior hands-on experience implementing Java components and Web Services.

• Must have prior hands-on XML experience.

• Must have 2-3 years of prior hands-on experience developing rules components using a commercial rules engine (e.g. FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, ILOG JRules)

• Must have prior hands-on experience using development tools (e.g. Rational, TogetherJ)

• Must have strong object-oriented development skills.

• Must have strong communication skills.

• Must have a can do attitude.

Preferred

• Ideal candidates will have prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience

• Prior product development experience.

• Prior experience on IBM Web Sphere Suite of products – Process Server/Enterprise Service Bus and Application Server.

• Prior experience using Rational Development tools.

• Prior experience on FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, but will consider ILog JRules experience as well.

• Prior experience using an object oriented development methodology (e.g. RUP, Agile).
