• Web Services, REST, SOAP, JSON
• SQL/Relational Databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Agile development processes
• MS TFS & Team Build, SVN
• Third Party test tools, including: NUnit, Selenium, MS Test, Silk Performer
• RSA authentication/encryption
Key Responsibilities
• Work on high-profile projects, to design, develop and deliver software on cutting
Edge and growing platforms in C#/ASP.NET and Java
• Develop web application components using HTML/HTML5, XHTML, JavaScript and
AJAX
• Develop server based software with REST and XML-based technologies, and
Architectural patterns like MVC
• Implement OO designs applying working knowledge of design patterns in
Presentation, data and business modules
• Discover new technologies and techniques and adapt to dynamic business
Requirements
• Provide input on scripts, applets and automation tools which build, integrate, and
Deploy software releases to various platforms
• Provide input on integration tests for server- and client-side web applications using
NUnit and open source testing framework like Selenium.
• Investigate and resolve issues in development, test and production environments
• Present technical concepts and proposals to a wide variety of audiences
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related software technology field, or demonstrated job experience equating to a Bachelors Degree
software development related experience
Experience in the following technologies to research, evaluate, develop and test using:
.NET based application programming
DHTML/XHTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax
Web development using REST services
XML parsing using C#
IDE & Enterprise Source Code Control tools (e.g. MS-VS & TFS, SVN)
Relational database (e.g. using SQL in SQL Server)
Mobile programming on iOS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening skills; problem solving and the ability to handle multiple projects/clients at once is necessary
Strong research capabilities are a must
Ability to develop software expertise quickly
Quality time management skills a must
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good collaboration skills a must
