REQUIRED:
A bachelors degree in information technology/computer science,
or
Minimum 8 years dedicated programming experience.
Minimum 5 years experience building applications in C#
Minimum 3 years experience in writing SQL scripts and stored procedures.
Minimum 3 years experience working with SQL Server 2000, 2005 or 2008
Two years working with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Services.
One year experience working with the .Net Entity Framework 4.1 or above
Two years experience working with .Net T4 templates
One year experience working with .Net Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) Services

PREFERRED:
Experience with SQL Reporting Services
Experience with SQL2008r2 database encryption methodology
Previous WSDOT OIT experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities for this client will include, but are not limited to the following:
Validation of requirements with the customer
Writing or reengineering applications in .Net based on customer requirements
Testing
User acceptance
New application documentation
Turnover to Clients maintenance staff
