3. ETL -Informatica Data Analysis
4. Addressing Performances issues
5. Solid understanding of the multiple DB platforms
6. Capable of being involved in major organization changes in technology direction and architectural vision, great communicator
7. Agile Methodology
8. 12 + years in Healthcare experience

? Info Management, UDB ,Oracle. Application level data, analytics, reporting with exposure to tuning, modeling, and minor administration task.
? Strong experience in Informatica. ETL and reporting will be key.
? Experience with large programs and Agile methodology . Displays leadership presence and influence but can also get into the details. Heavy architecture design and light coding as needed for sprint zero.
? Ability to take a high level concept and create the user story, story points, and sprint zeros in rapid timelines.
? Experience planning and estimating large scale work packages for application service delivery.
