Need consultant exp : 6+ years in the Insurance company

Note:- Only local candidates will be considered (aka driving distance, can come for a f2f)

As a member of application development team, Java developer will design, develop and test application modules.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for Java/J2EE application development in Web and backend code.

• Assist in the system planning, scheduling and implementation

• Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. : Work in conjunction with other developers and collaborate on design, code, and issue resolutions

• Perform unit and integration testing

• Deliver development tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

• Ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and alone and unsupervised.

• Must think logically and be detail oriented.

• Possess strong Technical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 6+ years of Java/J2EE Experience.

• Experience with Java/JSF is required.

• Experience with integrating with Web Services and REST API is required.

• Experience with database programming is required.

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.

• Must have strong experience in code optimization and tuning

• Must have extensive experience with large file processing

• Strong analytical and problem skills

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
