Skills Needed

·         Bachelors Degree or higher in the area of information technology and/or information security/information assurance. 

·         Possess one or more of the following certifications in an active status:  CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, GCIH. 

·         10+ years information technology experience with progressively more responsible positions including at least three years in a supervisory capacity and three or more years’ experience in information security. 

·         Strong experience in network security products and platforms such as intrusion detection/prevention, incident response and investigation, computer forensics, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. 

·         Experience identifying protection goals, objectives and metrics to develop a security strategic plan.

·         Strong experience managing the development and implementation of enterprise security standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.

·         Experience prioritizing security initiatives and spending based on appropriate risk management and/or financial methodology.

·         Experience with incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assisting with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches.

·         5 Years exp. in computer systems analysis, design & operations or data security involving determination of appropriate access levels for resources & data files requiring resource access control facility (RACF) protection & formulating appropriate access profiles for each application;

Position 3: Tivoli Admin with TIM and TDI,  In person after Phone needed

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 9+ months

Rate: $70/hr C2C/1099

 

Qualifications:

• TIM and TDI development and support experience required; TIM system administration experience in a production environment
• Applications and Infrastructure: IBM Tivoli Identity Manager 5.1 (TIM) ( Required ), IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) ( Required ), Active Directory (Required), IBM Directory Server (Required) Java, JavaScript, J2EE programming experience (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of TIM capabilities and configurations, especially around services, policies, workflows, view/access control items and custom user entities.
• Experience with Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) product design, concepts, capabilities and configurations for TIM custom adapters and HR feed assembly lines.
• Understand the design and configuration of middleware required for TIM - WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) and IBM DB2 database.
• Understand the design and configuration of TIM (and middleware) high-availability including WAS clustering, TDS replication, and DB2 clustering in different environments.

• Knowledge of TIM Web Services for provisioning operations and usage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture. Have a proven track record of successfully delivering SOA projects.
• Have extensive experience in all aspects of technology including but not limited to business applications, middleware, database technology, business intelligence, security technology and best practices.
• Have understanding of Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Security Architecture, and IT Compliance.
• Have the ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
• Fluency in web services standards, technologies and tools and the ability to identify and select applicable standards, practices and implementation patterns relevant to SOA.
• Have experience in Java, J2EE and .Net development and concepts.
• Have the ability to create estimations of the time and resource requirements for different activities and determine which activities can be completed in parallel and in sequence.

Education
