Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Chelsea MA
Description:
Augment existing mainframe staff to gather requirements and document Mainframe operating system upgrades
Title: Mainframe Technical Writer
· Report to the Mainframe Operating Systems Manager
· Provide support for gathering requirements for the zOS operating system upgrades
· Provide support for documentation of the zOS operating system upgrades
Deliverables:
· z/OS V1.13 upgrade detailed project plan, risk assessment documentation, requirements documentation, and implementation plan.
· z/OS V2.1 upgrade detailed project plan, risk assessment documentation, requirements documentation, and implementation plan.
· Knowledge transfer to the Mainframe team
Qualifications:
· Ability to coordinate resources and document inputs to meet tight deadlines
· Demonstrate excellent English writing and oral communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project.
· Good presentation skills
· Good business analysis skills (in support of fit/gap analysis)
· Able to work independently as well as in teams
· Ability to understand technical direction
· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
· Minimum of five years previous job experience as a systems analyst and technical writer.
