QA Analyst needed to join a group working on a Service Request System.
Candidates with ITIL experience will stand out. The Service Request System application will be modified, and thus needing testing, is a helpdesk application that follows the ITIL process.
Position Requirements:
•Document technically accurate requirements using standardized documentation which conforms to departmental writing style
•Knowledge of information required to document, support and maintain 3rd party software
•Update procedural documents; including procedures, styles, standards, and best practices
•Creating and executing test plans
•Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel
•Maintain records and files of work and revisions
•Maintain project documentation structure
•Creating and implementing test plans
•Ability to self-manage time and work independently within project timeline
•Interact with various levels of personnel from line employees to Sr. Management
Required Skills:
•Excellent listening and communication skills
•Excellent writing, research, and time management skills
•Excellent test case documentation and execution
•Ability to communicate issues and steps taken to reproduce errors
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of desktop applications
O Word, using formatting and reviewing functionality
oProject
oVisio
oPowerPoint
oExcel
•Administrative skills for SharePoint Sites V2010
Ability to work independently
