Duties:
· Document provider healthcare & clinical processes using formal modeling notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN and knowledge of BPEL
· Support the business case development for specific technology projects including the assessment of ROI and risk of technology enhancements
· Document BPM requirements, coordinating with multiple business and technology teams and stakeholders
· Document use case scenarios, including identification of priority client-specific scenarios outside of base testing scope
Documentation of data sources, data types, dependencies, and flows
· Validate functional specifications meet stated business requirements and metrics
· Consult and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clearly define requirements and deliver expected results for assigned programs/projects
· Integrate with client and project teams to develop key relationships and foster/promote a consultative approach, contributing to the overall consulting strategy and operations across all projects
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· 10 years advanced IT experience in large enterprise environments in a consulting role
· 10 years in experience writing business or functional requirements.
· 10 years in experience analyzing data, policies and requirements to understand current state and prepare future state
Experience documenting requirements for dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
· Knowledge or experience with frameworks, notations & concepts, Agile, MDM BPMN, SOA, data normalization & denormalization
· Healthcare domain experience in a provider setting: patient, procedure, diagnosis, billing, ED, outpatient, inpatient, acute care, etc.
Experience documenting data flows (DFDs), data mappings (source to target mapping) and data transformation rules/requirements
· Strong understanding of ETL methodologies
· Able to concisely, clearly, and formally communicate complex concepts and formulate process solutions
· Advanced analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
· Good understanding web services: XML, SOAP, WSDL, BPEL, and WS
· Should be well conversant with BPEL, ESB, SOA, BPM, BAM etc.
· Provider Healthcare experience with business processes knowledge; focus on Provider Healthcare Clinical Operations
· Experience working with business partners, technical partners, health/managed care partners and consultants
· Experience in healthcare industry and systems implementation
· Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead and facilitate consultative conversations, author reports, and present to the CxO level
· Able to prioritize effectively and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple, competing tasks
· Strong team player able to form functional work relationships with peers and superiors
· Customer service orientation with tangible outcomes
