• 7 years of experience in Java / J2EE
• Hands on knowledge of Java Design Patterns, J2EE design patterns, Struts, JSP, custom Tag libraries, Servlets
• Excellent in Designing and Architecting
• Exceptional OOP concepts like polymorphism, lazy loading, interfaces etc
• Should have exceptional analytical abilities and logical reasoning
