Candidates must possess the following requirements to be considered:
7+ years experience in software development projects.
7+ years in Java/JEE (1.4,1.5/1.6)
5+ years Experience in designing applications using design patterns, object oriented methodology (RUP and Rational Rose/XDE),HTML,JavaScript & CSS
5+ years experience in Writing complicated logic using SQL, PL/SQL(Oracle) and familiarity with data modeling (ER and dimensional).
3+ years in Struts and Tiles,EJB, Spring, Spring Workflow, DOJO, WebSphere Application Server
2+ years in JSF, Webservice, XML (XSL, Schema)
Experience in Agile development methodology preferred
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc
Four-year university degree in Computer Science.

In addition, the candidate should be ready for a challenge to build an application from the ground up, and participate in a project that is going to use cutting edge technologies. The engineer will be part of User Administration team and will report to Lead Software Engineer. The candidate must be committed to delivering efficient and effective solutions to the business and also Contributes towards requirements gathering, application design, and estimation tasks. Responsible for full SDLC - development, UAT, production rollout and ongoing support of applications
