Programmer 5 (PR5 Core) with expertise in experience in web development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
The ODPS would like to secureTWO SENIOR Developer Consultants (Analysts) to assist with the enhancement of CIMS and the ERPs. These positions will be allocated to this work in a staff augmentation role. The Analysts will be used at the discretion of the ODPS ITO on this project, will be under the guidance of the ODPS ITO, and will be assigned tasks as necessary.
1. Meet with the business owners to gather and document the business requirements.
2. Complete the detailed design documentation for all pages and associated functionality.
3. Research and provide recommendations to problems as needed.
4. Gather SAIC user feedback (post implementation) and lead the ODPS developers in business unit requested changes (forms, templates, lists, workflows, InfoPath forms, integration, etc.).
5. Document or utilize an application Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).
6. Map database fields to services exposed to a given user via a web or client interface.
7. Build all necessary pages and define related functionality using .NET technology.
8. Review the existing .NET code for debugging and enhancement purposes.
9. Troubleshoot and optimize existing stored procedures.
10. Optimize rules dealing with stored procedures, functions and indexes.
11. Design and build the required reports utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
12. Design a process to migrate data using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). 13. Develop CIMS enhancements.
14. Develop ERP enhancements.
15. Deploy new applications to Pilot and/or Production instances.
16. Complete any necessary documentation and transfer ownership to the ODPS ITO staff members.
17. Other miscellaneous tasks as required.
