Need of Performance tester
Positions: 2
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Boston, MA
Performance tester with 3-5yrs experience
Design Performance test scenarios in Load Runner/ Performance Centre for executing load test - Peak, Endurance and Stress Tests
Familiar with Microsoft .Net Technologies would be good
Project exposure in SCM domain preferred

Role: Web Testing
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 3 Months
Web Testing(L3)-Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc.
Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage
Application Testing(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

Position III
JD for Selenium Tester:
Location: Cupertino, CA
Positions: 2
Duration: 3 Months
Requirement:
Customer has list of web applications that need to be automated using Selenium.
The web applications might have third-party tools integration which needs to be used in automation like token generator for Web service.
Candidate shall go thru' the applications and third party interfaces and come up with automation solution for end - to - end automation.
Candidate should understand the system and it's interfaces in order to come up with robust, scalable automation solution.
Skills set:
1. Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in QA with minimum 6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
2. Candidate must have thorough knowledge on Selenium 1.0 & Web Driver & how it works.
3. Candidate should be skilled in language like Java & third party tools integration using open source libs.
4. Candidate must have worked in various technologies like Web testing / Webservice testing / Db handling / UI automation.
5. Candidate must have designed / developed atleast 2 frameworks in customer projects.
6. Candidate must have good communication skills and interact with various customers/offshore on daily basis.
7. Track the team's work productivity & on any issues, troubleshoot & able to give quick solution.
8. Usage of open source tools is plus.
9. For onsite opportunities, candidates should have H1B.
10. Candidate must be self-driven, result oriented.

Role: Tester with AS/400
Dallas, TX
Positions: 1
Duration: 3 Months
• 6+ years of testing experience in AS/400 systems.
• Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware – Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
• Experience in Test cases execution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and participating in meetings with clients.
• Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and techniques
• Hands-on working experience on SQL queries to perform the data validation testing
• Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool
• Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
• Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must.
• Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.
• Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model
• Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage

Position V
Role: Test Strategy and Plan
Location: San Francisco, CA
Positions: 1
Duration: 3 Months
- Candidate should have banking domain experience (Corporate) and experience in testing FLEXCUBE
- Candidate should preferably have an experience in testing of a multi country rollout of FLEXCUBE
- Candidate should have worked on projects involving integration of FLEXCUBE with partner / third party systems
- Design scenarios and cases, test case optimization, knowledge of tools and techniques – risk based, OA
- Candidate should have ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead review meetings
- Candidate should have experience in Tracking, defect management
- Testing progress reporting, metrics tracking and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should have a valid US work visa / permit
