Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas andsuggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creationwithin the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstratedadvanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professionaldevelopment Work with Business Development to participate in the bid processboth in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiatorsvis-a-vis competition

CRM Technical(L3)-
Siebel Architecture(L3)-Understanding of server sizing, deployment of components into the servertopology. Knowledge of performance tuning and performance managementmethodology. Knowledge of SARM
Siebel On Demand Development(L2)-Experience doing design in the areas of Access Control &  Data Visibility,Workflow and Assignment, Customizing Fields &  Pages, Administration, DataImport and Export, Report Development, Customization Limitations, Call CenterIntegration
