Position: Senior Developer (Valuation and Appraisal technology)
Job type : Permanent Role

Role and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop appraisal templates; includes Visual Basic for Applications
• Appraisal template development and creation; includes Visual Basic for Applications
• Development of documentation, training, and support materials for dissemination to producers.
• Perform web-based and live training sessions specific to the platform applications.
• Perform general support to producers and managers as it relates to the component pieces of the valuation technology platform.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g. Conarc, Narrative 1) on technical support, troubleshooting, and strategies and new-build deployments
• Coordinate with Corporate IT (as needed) To achieve optimal deployment of system-wide updates
• Develop the strategic vision and move-forward strategies for next-generation (pipeline) applications.
Mandatory Skills:
• At least 5+ years of experience with design, development of appraisal templates using MS Excel and Visual basic
• At least 5+ years' experience in real-estate industry working with the appraisal and valuation team
• Very strong MS Excel and VB modeling skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
