We have an urgent requirement of Senior Microsoft .Net- Dynamic Consultant with one of our direct client in WA.
.NET – MicroSoft .NET -Dynamics Consultant
Expert level
Duration: 1+ year contract
Location: Olympia, WA
· Candidate(s) must possess knowledge and experience with Microsoft XRM and CRM development.
· Experience in developing technical specifications documents for system changes, integration and improvements.
· Knowledge and experience with software development lifecycles and associated deliverables.
· Ability to adapt to DES development processes & procedures.
· Experience with the best practices and use of application, database, platform, integration, network, and security technologies.
· Experience with building secured web applications.
· Experience designing, developing and deploying n-tier applications using Microsoft and related technologies (Dynamic XRM, Visual Studio .Net 2010 & higher, XML, SOAP, HTML/DHTML, AJAX or Silverlight, ASP.Net, ADO.NET Entity Framework, .NET Framework 4.0, WCF, WPF, WF, Windows desktop and server os, IIS, Transact SQL, SQL Server databases, SS Reporting Services, SharePoint, BizTalk, IBM WebSphere MQ).
· Experience with Microsoft Project, the Microsoft Office Suite, UML and other tools used for designing and documenting applications.
· Experience with application integration across various platforms (e.g. mainframe, server, internet, etc.).
· Experience with integration architectures, reference application architectures, component based design, object-oriented design and design patterns.
· Experience in the design, development, implementation and consumption of application services within a service oriented architecture.
· Experience in trouble shooting and performance tuning n-tier .NET applications.
· Demonstrated experience with problem solving and analytic skills to resolve problems in the assigned systems. This will require skill with: Visio, for flowcharting; Word, for generating documentation and proposals; Excel, for analysis of numeric issues and Access for query and extraction of data.
· Ability to work in a strong team oriented environment.
· Ability to work directly and indirectly with other team members.
· Capability and commitment to document and transfer knowledge of software development processes and tools to DES staff.
· Effectively communicating information for the purpose of having others learn, understand and apply specific principles, techniques or information.
· Identifying and analyzing risks associated with change, recommending mitigating measures and solutions.
· Use of the tools and services available in Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
· Experience with Crystal Reports.
