NAS(network area storage)
looking for someone who has designed and developed applications from scratch,
Building all components, not seeking for a consultant worked on large project.
Payment manager application
Web methods (messaging type technology)
Software architecture, understands server usage
Application already exists needs someone to come in and understand application, work on enhancements
Application is called pmpoll (payment manager polling)
It's an internal app and helps support an external app
pmpoll takes batch files
Users are production support people, they will continue to enhance and support it
Day to day will be writing core java, writing code, supporting multi-threading, unix scripts (shell scripts, and also have understanding of compiling info
Code complied from unix
A trillion payments a day, fifty thousand lines of code
Need to know basic SQL
