I have an immediate requirement for *Performance Tester*. Please go through

*Position:          Performance Tester*

*Location:       Bartlesville, OK*

*Duration:       12+ months *

*Requisition Details:*

·         Performance Testing using HP LoadRunner and WebLoad

·         Strong communication skills – verbal & written

·         Strong structured programming background - C/C++

·         SQL programming experience

·         Experience in networking and system architecture

·         Experience in Performance Testing Strategies

·         High proficiency with customizing Load Runner and WebLoad scripts

·         Knowledge of performance monitoring tools

·         Experience with developing and running large scale performance
tests for varying data and user loads

·         Optional experience in load testing with Visual Studio

*To ensure that a solution will be designed, implemented, and operationally

supported to meet the performance requirements defined for the solution by
designing, developing and executing Load Runner and WebLoad scripts and

scenarios.*

·         Model technical requirements to evaluate performance impacts

·         Develop performance requirements

·         Validate performance test environments

·         Work with cross functional project teams to define performance
metrics and acceptance criteria

·         Design, develop, execute and implement customized performance
tests for enterprise-level applications with only minimal vendor support.

·         Analyze performance test results to evaluate impacts on
production infrastructure and make comparisons with previous release
benchmarks

·         Provide performance tuning recommendations especially around
operating systems and databases

·         Create detailed Performance Summary reports for management
