Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6+ Months
Having 4-6 Years of experience in IT/application support
Proficient in IBM Clarity (Mandatory)
Exposed to Unix, Shell & Perl scripting, PL/SQL
Exposed to Java and Oracle Control-M
Exposed to BMC Remedy or equivalent ITSM Ticketing tools
Preferred to have experience in Banking/Finance Industry
Hands on in ITIL V3 Processes
Ability to provide 2nd Level support
Debug , Analyze and solve the user tickets with necessary co-ordination with the users
Application batch monitoring for performance, stability, escalation and issue resolution
Provide assistance in the resolution of production support Issues. Liaise with the users/teams to ensure successful resolution of the reported incident.
Good communication skills and able to work with various teams
Should take a lead in analyzing the Issue , Impact , projection of ETAs , Critical path Impact etc.
Handle the Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management , Issue Tracking efficiently
