WMB/MQ – Development Lead

Work Location:Minneapolis
Duration  : 12-14 months

Relevant Experience (Yrs) 6-10
Technical/Functional Skills 1.Understanding of the service oriented architecture and EAI
2.Java/J2EE
3.IBM WMB v7
4.IBM WMQ v6, v7
5.XML, WSDL and Web Services
Experience Required1.Designing, developing mediation flows to be deployed on Web Sphere Message Broker
2.Experience on Canonical model
3.Exposure to SOA and ESB concepts is desirable
4.Environment (Development, Production) Setup
5.Deployment, testing, good knowledge of WMB nodes, adapters , SOAP
6.Excellent communication, presentations skills
Roles & Responsibilities1. Breaking down the design into technical specs and coding the Message broker flows and patterns
2.Engaging with Architects to understand the technical requirements
3.Developing mediation flows and writing logic in ESQL
4.Developing and testing the message flows using WMB nodes
5.Java custom node development
6.JMS setup and implementation
7.WSDL configuration
8.Coordinating with other developers for the Message broker BAR file deployment
9.Performing "proof of concept"/prototyping in assessing and recommending alternate integration solution options
10.Team direction management and providing guiding principle
11.Coordinating with Testing and deployment teams for Defects and implementation
