RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of the Business System Analyst team which is responsible for:
Working with business stakeholders on application scope determination
Defining user experience process flow and related business workflow
Documentation of user-cases, scope and requirements
Distilling requirements to system and data specifications that engineering can turn into solutions
Answers to scope/requirements questions for the development teams as they arise
Business System Analyst team guidance to QA testing team to align test cases with requirements

 

OVERVIEW
This position will work with project management, business and process stakeholders and the development teams to drive excellence and process in the analysis space for the project

REQUIRED
Leadership experience in a System Analysis area
Ability to work with our business stakeholders to navigate process and solution options to arrive at the best and cheapest solution options
Expertise in driving a team to detailed requirements and solution options
Coaching and mentoring a team of Business System Analysts on System Analysis expertise
Experience in web-based application and data/information development

PREFERRED
Finance analysis
Margin/Cost analysis
Agile/Iterative project
