Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be performing ETL operations between Source and Target Systems.
Responsibilities includes dimension data modeling and Relational data model design to facilitate ODI development.
Job/Technical Requirements
• 5+ years of Oracle 10g or later SQL and/or PL/SQL 5+ years experience in ETL process development with large record volumes
• 2+ years of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) development
• 5+ years experience in Oracle DDL scripting
• 5+ years experience in Oracle PL/SQL packages (DBMS_*, UTL_*)
• 5+ years experience creating and implementing physical databases from relational and dimensional logical data models
• Expert in Oracle SQL Loader
• Extensive experience with data transfers and data sharing using flat files, database links, and web services
• Must be familiar with current version of Oracle 10g, Advanced SQL and PL/SQL, Application development experience in an Oracle environment, Data Modeling/Relational Database Design
• 4year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of networks
• Working knowledge of Linux OS
• Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management processes
• Working knowledge of ETL processes
• Working knowledge of data modeling concepts both relational and dimensional
• Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting
• Experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts
• Understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
