We got a opening for our direct client  ,

 

Role Title: Technology Lead for Java-Based Custom Application

Location : Boston , MA

Long Term Project

 

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle, and ability to plan and manage project workstreams
• Ability to work in a team and present information in a client setting
• Strong architectural knowledge in Java-based systems – specifically on WebLogic Application Server – 9.2 or above, WebLogic JMS, and IBM MQ.
• Experience with performance improvement and tuning using different tools such as CA Wily or any other.
• Strong application design and development experience using Java based frameworks like Struts, Hibernate or iBatis.
• Oracle 10g Experience and knowledge of tuning SQLs for performance
• Prefer to have experience in hardware capacity planning and managing performance problems.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Invoice/Contract management system experience preferable

Responsibilities:

• Lead workstream focusing on performance tuning and system stabilization.  Refine high-level roadmap to prioritize potential performance improvement.

Expected Deliverables:

• Detailed roadmap and project plan for workstream.  Weekly status report and input into other project management deliverables.
