Technical Recruiters Need Liferay Developer Urgently

Title: Liferay Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Length: 2+ years

KEY EXPERIENCE:

 

We are currently doing a National search for a Java developer that has strong portal experience with Liferay. This is contract only and would be upto 2 year contract. Interview will be phone and if needed a face to face.

 

Provides technical expertise to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support the client's business applications. In addition, provides lead role for day-to-day functional tasks in the team, developer support and maintaining the development environment. Uses tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements. Creates and executes unit tests and addresses defects. Works closely with QA and other related teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach. In addition, assists in planning and implementation of a strategic direction for the product.

 

This is a green project that the contractor will be on ground floor of the project and will be required to drive the technology on it. This is a high profile project that will help build a new process of portal application communication.
