Technical Skill Set
· Strong background in Object Oriented design
· Experience with Multithreading and JDBC
· Demonstrated ability to apply design patterns to daily work and effectively communicate them.
· Demonstrated ability to develop high quality fast to market solutions
· Guru level knowledge of Core Java, SQL, UML, XML, Spring, Hibernate, caching and Messaging technologies
· Experience to work in Oracle 10g/11g database environments
· Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non technical people
· Solid planning, design and implementation skills
· Ability to multi-task among competing priorities
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team structure
· Agile Development experience is a plus
PROFILE:
· Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
· 8 years in Java Development
· Excellent experience in design and development of large scale applications.
· Must be an advanced troubleshooter.
