Description:
Business /Data Analyst and Lead UAT Tester is responsible for leading the Business/Data requirements and UAT testing. The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs. Identifies and documents relevant design, process and specification issues.
Responsibilities:
Understand business context and problems and communicates them clearly in written and oral format.
Work with the business users to understand & document the functionality requirements.
Work with the team to develop detailed scope, requirements and other SDLC documents as required
Develop test plans, test cases, procedures, and documents given business requirements and design documents.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in documenting business and data requirements for systems development projects.
6+ years of experience in a consulting environment with a focus on business and data analysis.
Prior experience in MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access), Visio, Business Objects.
Strong SQL and Oracle experience required
Understands basic relational databases as well as user interface design.
Experience working on large data Integration projects
Exceptional organizational skills, analytical skills, strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Candidate must have significant UAT testing background in an Oracle environment and be a strong UAT tester. Must be proficient in the use of Quality Center for developing, executing, and posting test case results as well as logging test defects.
Will be reviewing test cases, test execution, test results and defect resolution for over six Business Analysts/Testers and therefore must have strong leadership skills and testing supervision experience in large Oracle data storage environments.
