Position : Remedy Developers

Location :  McLean, VA just outside of Washington DC

Duration : 6 month

will hire off of the phone. 

 

 
Project:                Remedy Change Management automation to remediate audit findings and control compliance.                
Statement:       . Develop code and customizations in Remedy 7.6 ITSM application suite (primarily Change and Asset Management) to support Freddie Mac        process and requirements.
                        . Responsibilities includes managing the full development lifecycle, not limited to:
                          o Define the release scope and requirements from the users and process owners,
                          o Analyze requirements and make recommendation to utilize out-of-the-box solutions,
                          o Document the design,
                          o Develop Remedy application customizations, code and application configurations, integration development,
                          o Perform unit testing,
                          o Facilitate SIT/UAT and resolve issues,
                          o Document implementation and back-out plans,
                          o Support deployment into non-production and production environments,
                          o Document release notes, help with training and document job aids
               
                        . Facilitate the releases based on priority of the enhancement and criticality of the defects.
                        . Follow release guidelines and change process, furnish required artifacts based on the change process.
                        . Support the Remedy application development (code) issues in production and perform hot fixes/enhancements.

Skill level:                Senior (7+ yrs)

Skills:                        . 5+ years of Remedy development experience
                        . Hands-on experience with Remedy 7.6 ITSM application suite.
                        . Knowledge of Change management workflow in ITSM.
                        . Experience in developing custom Remedy workflow objects (Ex. Active links, filters, guide, view form)
                        . Strong verbal and written communication skills
                        . Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
