Job Details:
QA Tester sitting on an agile development team supporting development
and web-based applications.
Role Description: (tasks and deliverable s)
Under general supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all
information systems products and services meet organizations
standards.
Documents and works to resolve all issues.
Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Document and execute test plans and test cases based on Agile User
Stories, supplemental functional requirements and direct interaction
with project stakeholders.
Specific Skills: Minimum, requisite and must have's
Strong experience in Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.
Leadership skills and strong self-motivation
Proficiency in standard desktop applications (MS Office, Visio, MS Project).
Hands on experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries.
Proficient in both testing and development methodology.
Understanding of applications and solid troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work with a
diverse team to develop testing environments and practices.
Work day-to-day with management, providing expert support to each as
needed and appropriate.
Number of Years Experience: minimum and desired
College degree desired; preferably in a technology discipline.
