Mandatory Technical Skills	Must Have Technical Qualifications: • Strong working knowledge in the usage of BAPI, IDOCs & BDC. • Experience in the development of inbound and outbound interfaces.  • Expertise in Data Dictionary and Module Pool Programming.  • Skilled in the usage of User Exits, BADIs and BTEs.  Must Have Business Qualifications: • Have worked in real production support functions.  • Analytical skills including identifying, forecasting and resolving   problems.
Desirable Technical Skills	• Drive projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Work cross-functionally with SAP functional and technical teams and other groups within the IT organization • Work with end users to resolve technical application issues
